Mutate IO Game Review

Mutate.io (mutatio If you like) is a cooperative game like agar.io. Players control blob creatures that can be fed, grow in size, transform and even use to take on other players.
The game was created to participate in The Pygame Community New Years jam (theme change: mutation), and I tried in the jam to learn about networking and play around with the game development practices that I’m still not familiar with (e.g. Less global state
At present, the only server available is that I’m using at: 34.76.77.52, which I’ll probably keep up for a month or so following the release. The maximum number of simultaneous clients allowed is 10.

Versions described:version 1.0.1 was released prior to the end of the jamversion 1.0.2 added some minor bug fixes for the server.py file . This file was a result of rapid disconnections of clients. disconnections”slim” versions are the compiled versions that I’ve attempted to delete all DLLs, folders, or files that I believe is necessary in order to run the program.
